As a content creator posting across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube I was spending hours every week just on logistics. Scheduling, writing captions, generating hashtags, managing drafts. So I built a system to handle it all.
The Stack
Everything runs on my Unraid NAS at home. n8n for workflow automation, NocoDB as the database and dashboard, Ollama for local AI content generation, and WordPress for blog publishing.
How It Works
Every Monday at 5 AM the system fetches RSS feeds from top tech sites, generates 10 content ideas using AI, and emails me a summary. I review and approve ideas from a mobile-friendly dashboard and the system generates scripts, captions, and blog posts automatically.
The Results
What used to take 5+ hours per week now takes about 15 minutes of review time. The AI handles the heavy lifting and I just add my personal touch before publishing.
